Requirements of Grenadian Citizenship by Investment

To qualify for Grenadian citizenship, the main applicant must be at least 18 years of age, meet all application and due diligence requirements, and choose one of the following two qualifying options:

  • National Transformation Fund (NTF) Contribution:
A non-refundable contribution of USD 211,500 to the National Transformation Fund, applicable to a single applicant or a family of up to four members.
  • Real Estate Investment:
The purchase of government-approved real estate with a minimum value of USD 243,000, together with an additional non-refundable contribution of USD 45,000. This option applies to a single applicant or a family of up to four members. The property must be held for five years if resold as a qualifying investment to another citizenship by investment applicant, or it may be sold at any time on the open market.
Procedure for the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program
  • The application process for Grenadian citizenship is efficient and straightforward, and applicants are not required to visit Grenada at any stage of the process.
  • The complete citizenship by investment application pack is provided by Citizen by Investments and includes all required documentation along with clear, step-by-step instructions. Once the completed documents are returned, the application is carefully reviewed to ensure accuracy and completeness, minimizing the risk of delays or rejection.
  • Applicants are not required to collect their passports in person. Citizen by Investments coordinates the passport issuance and delivery process and securely forwards the passport(s) to the client.
